Shipping policy

Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping depending on your location. 

Please note that orders placed on Friday after 3pm AST will not ship until the following Monday.

Curb side pick up is available at Dartmouth, Nova Scotia Canada, please contact  support@pacesetterfashionempire.com for details.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email when the label is created usually within 1-2 days or sooner. Items will then be shipped from our warehouse in Dartmouth, NS after shipping label is created.

Please note that shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and during special 'Sale' events due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact your local postal agency. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to your local postal agency.

International Shipping

We offer International Shipping through various carriers. All international orders take 24-48 hours for processing before they are shipped. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 7- 20 business days or less from the order date.  (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated.  Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

We are not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact your countries’ postal service to inquire. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee.
