Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy for a store credit, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to return the item purchased. Please make use of our size chart and read the product descriptions, these will help you make accurate decisions .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact support@pacesetterfashionempire.com. Return fee is covered by the customer.

If your return is accepted, we will issue you a store credit to purchase a gorgeous outfit. No refund.
